Opening Celebration

Cultural groups and services present their art, crafts,entertainment, music and delicious food. Special Guest Speaker: Christopher Taylor Professor at theUniversity of Waterloo. He currently teaches in the Department of History and the Arts First program and is anaccomplished author of Flying Fish in the Great White North: The Autonomous Migration of Black Barbadians.

Gambling Addiction Event

Come out and make a difference while meeting some great people by volunteering at Couch Crew. Drop in and help package to family members with gambling addiction! Real or crypto casinos may become a real problem to family members and we will make a meeting with experts in this field!

Southwest Opening Doors Conference

Hosted by Regional HIV/AIDS Connection and AIDS Comittee of Windsor.

The Opening Doors Conference is hosted annually by RHAC and the AIDS COmmittee of Windsor. The goals of the conference are to enhance community capacity to support people living with HIV, promote meaningful partnerships bwtween service providers and people living with HIV, and to promote anti-oppressive and social deteriments of health approaches to HIV-related support.

Volunteer Pizza Party


Contribute to harm reduction in our community and enjoy some pizza! Join our Kits Blitz Pizza Party as part of Couch Crew, our volunteer group, on August 7 from 12pm-4pm.

Couch Crew is Regional HIV/AIDS Connection's volunteer drop-in that helps packages harm reduction supplies, contributing to harm reduction efforts in our community. Couch Crew meets every Monday and Wednesday at RHAC's boardroom.

Come out and meet some great people and help make a difference in our community!
