Red Tree Lighting at Victoria Park, London

6:50 p.m.
Victoria Park, London

In Victoria Park, Downtown London

Each November on the last Friday of the month, the City of London holds an event to turn on the lights strung around all the trees in Victoria Park. This year, one of the trees will be completely lit with red lights to Remember, Honour and Celebrate. RHAC has arranged to have a tree lit red each year. A sign identifying Regional HIV/AIDS Connection will accompany the tree throughout the month of December. Join us for the lighting of the lights the evening of Friday, November 30. The City run program starts at 6:15 p.m. with the lighting of the lights at 6:50 p.m.

Remember, Honour, Celebrate Tree –This tree, sponsored by Regional HIV/AIDS Connection, is illuminated in remembrance of the thousands of lives lost to HIV/AIDS, in honour of individuals living with HIV/AIDS and in celebration of those who work tirelessly to make a difference in the lives of those living with, affected by and at risk for HIV/AIDS. It also commemorates World AIDS Day, which falls each year on December 1.
