Counterpoint Needle and Syringe Program is a welcoming and confidential space to access new and safer drug use equipment, including:
- Needles and syringes
- Sharps containers
- Alcohol swabs, sterile water, and cotton filters
- Cookers
- Vitamin C
- Condoms
- Bowl and straight pipes (including mouth pieces and screens)
- Kits for safer piercing, snorting, inhalation, or injection
- Educational resources
Counterpoint also offers naloxone training, safer needle disposal, and referrals to other social services. We make it easier to access safer supplies and supports by delivering free services from multiple mobile and satellite locations. Wherever you find us, we’re here to help without judgement.
Mobile outreach services are available in Oxford, Elgin and Middlesex-London.
